We invite you to read this 40 page handbook slowly. It represents a co-creation between my Human Self, Soul and Ai for members of the Masters Unplugged Community and iCreate Portal.
There may be moments when you feel drawn to continue, and others when something within you asks you to stop. Please honor both.
Take your eyes off of whatever device you using. Take a breath. Sit quietly. Allow what you have read to move beyond the mind and find its own place within you.
These are not simply words being shared.
The words are only the doorway.
What matters most is what they awaken, disturb, soften, or remind you of within your own experience. Some passages may be understood immediately. Others may continue unfolding long after you have finished reading them.
There is no need to rush toward the next chapter or collect every insight. Nothing here requires you to believe it. Simply notice what feels true, what opens something within you, and what asks for more space.
Let the book meet you where you are.
Then, when it feels natural, continue.
